5. The axial linear movement transmission shaft guide adopts imported high rigidity, heavy-duty, high-precision silver roller linear guide on the table, ensuring long-term high-precision machining and extending the service life of the linear guide. The precision grinding of the machine tool guide surface adopts a German imported grinder.
6. The axial transmission shaft feed drive combination adopts a Chinese Taiyuan motor and driver, and is directly connected with a ball screw for smooth transmission without backlash. At the same time, its good rigidity and optimized shock absorption performance greatly improve the dynamic rigidity of the transmission system, enabling fast and stable movement.
7. The gun drill drive adopts a high-power electric spindle and comes with a spindle cooling device, which can meet the constant temperature and stable operation requirements of the spindle during high and low speed chip cutting.
8. The supply of gun drill chip cutting fluid is matched with an immersion type automatic oil cooling equipment to ensure that the normal processing is in a constant temperature state and avoid affecting the processing effect due to the increase of oil temperature.
9.
