5. The four axis linear mobile transmission shaft guide adopts imported high rigidity, heavy-duty, and high-precision Taiwan TG-ANG | upper silver roller P3 level linear guide, ensuring long-term high-precision machining and extending the service life of the linear guide. The precision grinding of the machine tool guide surface adopts a German imported grinder.
6. The four axis drive shaft feed drive combination adopts Taiwan's new generation AC/Infineon/Weichuang motors and drivers, and is directly connected with ball screws for smooth transmission without backlash. At the same time, its good rigidity and optimized shock absorption performance greatly improve the dynamic rigidity of the transmission system, enabling fast and stable movement.
7. The two spindle motor adopts high-power joint venture MK/Kobe/ultra synchronous motor, which can meet the high and low speed chip processing needs of users, and is equipped with high-power automatic oil cooling equipment to ensure that the normal processing is in a constant temperature state and avoid affecting the processing effect due to the increase of oil temperature.
