1. Before starting the spindle bearing of the deep hole drilling machine, the drill bit must be in the guide hole.

2. Before drilling a deep hole, it is necessary to first introduce coolant.

3. The cutting parameters used in deep hole drilling production and processing must be calculated parameters.

4. During the production process of deep hole drilling, it is necessary to always pay attention to whether the iron chips are discharged and check if everything is normal to distinguish whether the drilling edge is damaged.

5. Deep hole drills should use drill bits of different lengths (from short to long) classified into different grades. It is not allowed to drill in place at once (otherwise, the drill rod will hang too long outside the hole and break at high speeds, causing safety accidents).

6. In actual operation, follow the given standards: manually guide the drill bit into the guide hole → start fuel injection → start spindle rotation → start feed; Terminate feed → stop rotation → stop fuel injection → withdraw the drill bit.
